Role Overview

PPIC Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing all supply chain activities to ensure factory productivity. This includes overseeing procurement of raw materials, vendor negotiations, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes to ensure seamless operations from order, production to delivery. The role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution, balancing cost efficiency with operational reliability.

As the company's products are High Quality Cables, PPIC Manager will play a critical role in managing Operational, to ensure customer order and production timely, compliant, and cost-effective deliveries.

Job Requirements

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or related. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production Planning and Inventory Control is highly preferred

Experience :

  • 5 years of experience in supply chain, PPIC or logistics management within the manufacturing companies, with strong exposure Cable Manufacture, Electronics Manufacture or Distribution.
  • Proven track record in managing the Planning and Inventory team, the logistics team, including production, purchasing, warehouse, and inventory controllers.

Technical Expertise :

  • Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP Systems, and inventory management systems.

  • Proven expertise in inventory management and warehouse operations.

  • Demonstrated experience in forecasting and planning for Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory practices, Manager production planning to produce Made-to-Order/ Made-to-Stock.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a PPIC Manager
  • Strong knowledge of production planning systems (Ex. MRP, ERP) and inventory control
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
  • Experienced in fast-paced manufacturing environments with tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving ability
  • Willing to be placed in Curug, Tangerang Regency
