Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Actively hunt for leads and potential clients to expand the company's business portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients by understanding their business challenges and offering our products or tailored solutions.
- Present and promote our HRMS products effectively to various stakeholders, including decision-makers and business leaders.
- Negotiate proposals, pricing, and contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Sales or Business Development — experience in IT Software or HRIS solutions is a strong advantage (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills — able to explain technical solutions in a simple and compelling way.
- Proven track record in selling HR products; experience handling B2B Software clients is a big plus.
- Highly motivated "hunter" with a strong drive for results — not just maintaining accounts, but creating new opportunities.
- Self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work fully on-site in Tebet, South Jakarta.
