Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer + modern frontend framework).
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and asynchronous programming concepts.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Familiar with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (preferably Azure).
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack web applications using , Express/NestJS, and React/Angular/Vue.
- Design and implement efficient, secure RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
- Optimize application and database performance for high scalability.
- Lead code reviews, debugging, and enforce best practices across the team.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth) and ensure application security (CORS, data sanitization).
- Apply clean code architecture and work within agile development methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time applications.
- Contributions to open source or a strong personal project portfolio.
