Job Description :
- Planning and arranging travel
- Handling errands, both personal and business-related
- Scheduling and managing appointments, including medical, legal and other personal appointments (including household)
- Communicating with clients, vendors and other stakeholders on behalf of the individual
- Taking meeting notes and distributing them
- Handling some financial tasks, such as paying bills or tracking expenses
- Assisting with project management and providing general support as needed
- Handling email and phone communications
- Organizing documents and files, include reports and presentations
Qualifications :
- Maximum age: 30 years old with Pleasant personality
- Well mannered and good attitude
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1)
- Must have an active passport
- Willing to travel for business purposes, both domestically and internationally (e.g., South Korea)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Korean is a plus (not mandatory)
- Interested in the beauty industry, especially aesthetic clinics and plastic surgery
- Independent, proactive, service oriented and able to communicate effectively
- Work location: Golf Island, Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta
