Role summary- Deliver Oracle EPM Cloud solutions for planning, consolidation/close, account reconciliation, narrative/management reporting, and enterprise data governance.
- Lead specific functional or technical EPM workstreams through design, build, testing, cutover, and hyper‑care; contribute to proposals/demos and delivery quality.
- Planning: Enterprise Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS)/FreeForm, driver‑based planning, forecasting, workforce/capex/projects modules.
- Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS): consolidations, ownership methods, journals, intercompany eliminations, close tasks, supplemental data.
- Account Reconciliation (ARCS): profiles, rules, match processes, compliance workflows, dashboards.
- Narrative/Management Reporting: report packages, document narratives, pixel‑perfect/management reporting, Smart View.
- Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS): dimensions/hierarchies, node types, data governance workflows, change approvals, subscriptions.
- Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS) and Tax Reporting (TRCS) as applicable.
- Lead or co‑lead end‑to‑end EPM workstreams: discovery, fit‑gap, solution design, configuration/build, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post‑go live support.
- Design planning models: dimension architecture, driver logic, forms, dashboards, approval workflows; build rules using Calculation Manager and valid business logic.
- Configure FCCS: consolidation methods, ownership/percentages, intercompany eliminations, consolidation rules, journals, close manager tasks, and monitoring.
- Configure ARCS: reconciliation profiles, matching rules, workflow, compliance attestations, dashboards, and automation schedules.
- Implement Narrative/Management Reporting: report packages, management reports, bursting, Smart View integration, and distribution.
- Govern metadata with EDMCS: design node types/hierarchies, validations, approvals, subscriptions, and application deployments across environments.
- Design and run integrations: Data Management import formats, mappings, locations, load/validate/export; EPM Automate/REST API scripts; scheduling and error handling.
- Plan and execute data migration: extraction, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and validation for historicals/opening balances/master data.
- Define and execute test strategies (SIT/UAT/Regression), manage defect triage, capture test evidence, and obtain acceptance sign‑offs.
- Implement security and access: role provisioning, segregation of duties, audit trails, and environment controls.
- Prepare cutover run books and hypercare procedures; track stabilization KPIs and resolve production issues.
- Support project governance: plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and change control; comply with PwC delivery methods and quality standards.
- Contribute to proposals, demos, estimates, and solution accelerators; coach Associates/junior team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3–6+ years of hands‑on Oracle EPM Cloud implementation/upgrade experience in at least one primary focus area (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, Narrative/Management Reporting, EDMCS).
- Minimum 1–2 full‑cycle EPM Cloud implementations covering design, configuration/build, testing, and cutover.
- Demonstrated configuration expertise in Planning, FCCS, ARCS, Reporting, and EDMCS as detailed above.
- Integration experience with EPM Data Management, EPM Automate, and/or REST APIs; familiarity with scheduling, logs, and error remediation.
- Data migration and reconciliation experience for actuals, budgets/forecasts, consolidations, and master data.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery; use of ALM/defect tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence).
- Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia/SEA; ability to work with regional/global teams across time zones.
- Work authorization in Indonesia.
- Oracle certifications in EPM Cloud (e.g., Planning, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting).
- Prior Hyperion on‑prem experience (Planning/HFM/DRM/AR) beneficial for cloud transitions.
- Experience with PCMCS or TRCS; or advanced EDMCS governance across multiple target applications.
- Scripting/automation skills (shell/PowerShell/Python) for EPM Automate/REST; basic SQL for extracts/validations.
- Performance tuning of forms/rules and data loads; understanding of consolidation performance drivers.
- Experience in pre‑sales (RFP responses, solution demos, PoCs) and effort estimation.
- Industry exposure in one or more of: Consumer/Retail, Energy/Resources, Financial Services, Industrial/Manufacturing, Public Sector.
- Oracle EPM Cloud suite: Planning (EPBCS/FreeForm), FCCS, ARCS, Narrative/Management Reporting, EDMCS, PCMCS/TRCS (as applicable).
- Integration and automation: Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs; scheduling/monitoring.
- Reporting: Smart View, Narrative Reporting, Management Reporting.
- Project/ALM: Jira, Azure DevOps; Confluence; MS Project/Excel/Visio/PowerPoint.
- Source control/CI (as applicable): Git‑based tools.
