About the role
PT Daichindo Sukses Mandiri is seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in South Cikarang, West Java. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and improving mechanical systems and components to support the company's manufacturing operations.
What you'll be doing
- Designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Analysing design requirements, conducting research, and generating innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other components and processes
- Monitoring and troubleshooting mechanical systems to identify and address issues
- Preparing technical documentation, such as reports, specifications, and manuals
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design (Tank, Piping and Baja Construction)
- Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, to create detailed engineering drawings
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials, as well as experience in a production environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
