Qualifications :
- Min. 3 years experience as a manager
- Good networking & interpersonal skills
- Experienced at handling VIPs & Community
- Skilled at creating meaningful guest experiences
- Event planning & executions; birthday, brand activations, tournaments, community program
- Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Google Reviews)
- Work alongside with FOH, Operations & Marketing Team
- Super organized, warm, polished communicator (online & offline)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the Racquet Club community
- Foster relationships with members, VIPs, and key stakeholders
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events: tournaments, brand activations, member gatherings, birthday celebrations, and community programs
- Create detailed event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports
