Principal Responsibilities:
- To demonstrate commitment, dedication, responsibility and accountability to current job functions.
- To effectively manage relationship with the customers, extend value added services and ensure customer satisfaction at all times (customer focused).
- To support direct supervisor or Service Engineer in daily activities and daily operation.
- To ensure all services schedules and logistics support are properly coordinated and completed within allocated time-frame without the needs for unnecessary overtime.
- To reduce overtime by 50% or less than 40 hours per month. Unscheduled overtime should not extend beyond 10.00pm.
- To ensure that all equipment is properly maintained in order to reduce the number of repeat service callouts.
- To discuss, follow-up and seek immediate supervisor's attention whenever there is discrepancy, site related issues or the service schedule could not be completed on time.
- To submit all Field Service Report (FSR)'s to immediate supervisor for review upon completion of service orders.
- To accomplish departmental goals and company goals through dedication and team work.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Attend the company calls / business calls at all times.
- The company may at any time as deemed necessary, to add or amend any of these job functions.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:
- 1-2 years working experience in air-conditioning service activities.
- Able to work long hours as and when required.
- Excellent integrity and ethical standards. Good personality and interpersonal skill.
- Proactive, innovative, analytical-minded and team player.
