Responsibilities- Prepare and process payroll every month.
- Develop salary structure and grading system based on the market.
- Manage allowance and benefit programs.
- Conduct internal and external analyses to assess competitiveness.
- Maintain accuracy and update employee data in the system.
- Develop merit increase processes, annual bonuses, and total reward reviews.
- Prepare reports related to payroll, overtime, attendance, and manpower costs.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Experienced in managing salary structures, benefits, budgeting, and reporting.
- Willing to be placed at the Head Office, South Jakarta.
