Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process payroll every month.
  • Develop salary structure and grading system based on the market.
  • Manage allowance and benefit programs.
  • Conduct internal and external analyses to assess competitiveness.
  • Maintain accuracy and update employee data in the system.
  • Develop merit increase processes, annual bonuses, and total reward reviews.
  • Prepare reports related to payroll, overtime, attendance, and manpower costs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experienced in managing salary structures, benefits, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Willing to be placed at the Head Office, South Jakarta.
