Our subsidiary is looking for a Purchasing Administration Staff to join our factory that produces eco-friendly products.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders and related administrative documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track delivery schedules and verify goods received according to specifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement administration, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with ERP.
  • Detail-oriented and organized skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities across departments.
  • Possess a valid SIM A (driving license).
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang.
