As a Store Manager , you will be responsible for the overall operations of the outlet/store . Some of your general duties include:
- Leading, managing, and developing the store team (supervisors, baristas/staff, etc.).
- Planning and organizing work schedules/staffing as well as implementing the shift system (including weekends and public holidays).
- Establishing customer service standards , ensuring product quality, cleanliness, and store appearance are maintained according to SOPs.
- Achieving sales and profitability targets and managing operational costs efficiently.
- Managing inventory/stock — verifying the accuracy of physical stock against system data and minimizing shrinkage (stock losses).
- Supervising cash flow/petty cash in the store, monitoring operational expenses, and controlling income and expenditures related to store operations.
- Building customer loyalty (customer relationship) and conducting local marketing/promotional activities as needed for the store’s location.
Main Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
- Willing to work under a shift schedule , including weekends and public holidays .
- Willing to be placed at any company outlet/store (possible placement in various cities) and responsible for direct store operations .
- Product knowledge in food or beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, or other F&B brands managed by the company) and proper F&B handling procedures .
- Strong skills in inventory and stock management (including verifying physical stock against system data) and store operational control .
- Leadership ability in managing store teams/staff and the ability to build and maintain good customer relationships .
