Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outsourcing Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Operational Excellence Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving business processes, managing operations, and leading projects. Daily tasks include analyzing operational procedures, implementing business process improvements, ensuring efficient operations management, and managing projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (min. 5 years) in HR management and operational management, preferably in outsourcing/agency/field force industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in handling large-scale manpower (500+ employees), including recruitment, placement, payroll, and retention.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and operational reporting tools.
  • High integrity, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs to reduce turnover.
  • Handle dispute resolution and industrial relations cases in collaboration with legal team.

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operational activities related to manpower outsourcing, ensuring service delivery meets client SLAs and KPIs.
  • Coordinate manpower deployment, scheduling, and workforce productivity monitoring.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve operational issues.
  • Prepare operational and HR reports (headcount, attendance, turnover, performance) for management and clients.

Strategic & Leadership

  • Collaborate with top management in developing HR & operational strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in HR & operations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop HR & operational team members to achieve optimal performance.
  • Act as a role model in upholding company culture, integrity, and professionalism.
