Bachelor's degree from Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Minimum 4 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role in FMCG Company
Solid knowledge of warehouse & logistics operations, cycle counting, cost estimation, stock management (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO) and 3PL management.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel
Ability to lead and manage individuals or team in order to archieve set or desired goals and objectives
Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare accurate reports
Good communication skills in English both oral and written
Placement at Cikarang Pusat (Factory 1 in Kawasan Greenland and Factory 2 in KITIC)
