Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop full spectrum of existing and future products
- Champion the brand communication to all related stakeholders
- Devise, manage, and execute the full spectrum of the marketing mix
- Develop client-centric and HCP-centric communication tools to ensure competitive advantages are amplified
- Lead, manage and supervise assigned subordinates for further competency development, in accordance with Corporate Value
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably from a Medical or Health-related area Only
- At least 3 years in the same capacity. Relevant marketing experience within the Healthcare, FMCG, or any B2C-focused companies.
- Outgoing & independent
- Good organizational and planning abilities
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and creative
- Good conceptual capability
- Pleasant disposition, has initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Balance in competencies of strategic concept and tactical execution
