Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop full spectrum of existing and future products
  • Champion the brand communication to all related stakeholders
  • Devise, manage, and execute the full spectrum of the marketing mix
  • Develop client-centric and HCP-centric communication tools to ensure competitive advantages are amplified
  • Lead, manage and supervise assigned subordinates for further competency development, in accordance with Corporate Value

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably from a Medical or Health-related area Only
  • At least 3 years in the same capacity. Relevant marketing experience within the Healthcare, FMCG, or any B2C-focused companies.
  • Outgoing & independent
  • Good organizational and planning abilities
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, and creative
  • Good conceptual capability
  • Pleasant disposition, has initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
  • Balance in competencies of strategic concept and tactical execution
