We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and building a vibrant community of students, parents, and educators. The ideal candidate is a master of social media trends and has a passion for storytelling and data-driven results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and brand identity.
  • Plan, create, and manage content calendars for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Youtube, etc.).
  • Write engaging copy for posts, stories, and campaigns while ensuring consistency in tone of voice and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Manage daily posting schedules and ensure timely content distribution
  • Monitor, respond, and engage with followers across platforms to build an active online community.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including influencer/KOL collaborations.
  • Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) to optimize content strategies.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes, and apply them to content planning.
  • (Optional) Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (and local language if required).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create performance reports.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to new trends.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with social media ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
