Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and alcohol.
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, bar, and equipment.
  • Accurately handle orders using the POS system.
  • Restock and rotate inventory, ensuring freshness and availability of ingredients.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently.
  • Educate guests on the menu and make recommendations when asked.
