Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and alcohol.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, bar, and equipment.
- Accurately handle orders using the POS system.
- Restock and rotate inventory, ensuring freshness and availability of ingredients.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently.
- Educate guests on the menu and make recommendations when asked.
