Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proficiency in Mandarin & English
- Minimum of 4 years of experiences in HRBP or as an HR generalist
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels and a strong service orientation
- In-depth understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving abilities

Responsibility:
- Collaborate with leadership teams in the automotive business units to understand their goals and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Partner with managers to resolve workplace issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop compensation & benefit strategies.
- Handle organization development and planning.
- Develop and enforce company policies and procedures tailored to automotive industry requirements.
