Job Description :

  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users, resolving system issues or requests according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  • System Administration: Use monitoring tools to track system performance and health (e.g., Zabbix) and generate regular reports on system performance

  • Improvement: Deliver improvements to people, technology, and processes, including improving user knowledge, automating repetitive tasks, or eliminating recurring problems from both a technical and non-technical perspective."

Requirements :

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT

  • Operation/Technical Support/System Administrator

  • Proficiency in Python/JS/PHP and experience with PostgreSQL.

  • Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog) and understanding how to analyze its metrics.

  • Excellent time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions using critical and computational thinking.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
