- Manage and be responsible for achieving sales and distribution targets within the assigned area.
- Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies in line with company policies.
- Manage relationships with distributors, key outlets, and sales channels (General Trade/Modern Trade).
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team (Supervisors, Salesman, Merchandisers, SPG) to achieve KPIs.
- Conduct market analysis, area mapping, and identify growth opportunities.
- Control stock, FEFO, and product availability at distributors and outlets.
- Implement and monitor promotional programs and marketing activities in the area.
- Prepare sales reports, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations to direct superior.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Management, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG or Frozen Foods with a proven track record as Area Sales Manager.
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution in both General Trade and Modern Trade.
- Experienced in managing promotional budgets and evaluating program ROI in the area.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership: able to develop, motivate, and evaluate team performance.
- Target oriented, problem solver, and able to work under pressure.
