  • Manage and be responsible for achieving sales and distribution targets within the assigned area.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies in line with company policies.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, key outlets, and sales channels (General Trade/Modern Trade).
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team (Supervisors, Salesman, Merchandisers, SPG) to achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct market analysis, area mapping, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Control stock, FEFO, and product availability at distributors and outlets.
  • Implement and monitor promotional programs and marketing activities in the area.
  • Prepare sales reports, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations to direct superior.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Management, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG or Frozen Foods with a proven track record as Area Sales Manager.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG distribution in both General Trade and Modern Trade.
  • Experienced in managing promotional budgets and evaluating program ROI in the area.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership: able to develop, motivate, and evaluate team performance.
  • Target oriented, problem solver, and able to work under pressure.
