Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs (onboarding, sales, leadership).
- Develop training materials covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and branding.
- Deliver engaging sessions (workshops, webinars, e-learning) using interactive methods.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching.
- Innovate with modern learning methods (gamification, micro-learning, mobile learning).
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and IT teams to ensure up-to-date content.
- Manage training logistics, attendance, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in training, education, or sales development (beauty/skincare preferred).
- Strong knowledge of product training and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Creative, innovative, and familiar with modern training methods.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English (spoken and written).
