Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design and implement training programs (onboarding, sales, leadership).
  • Develop training materials covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and branding.
  • Deliver engaging sessions (workshops, webinars, e-learning) using interactive methods.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Innovate with modern learning methods (gamification, micro-learning, mobile learning).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and IT teams to ensure up-to-date content.
  • Manage training logistics, attendance, and reporting.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in training, education, or sales development (beauty/skincare preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of product training and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and familiar with modern training methods.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English (spoken and written).
