Primary Job Role :

  • Actively communicate with customers and perform administrative functions

Main Task:

  • Serve customers quickly and friendly
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Doing end to end administration process

Job Qualifications :

  • Minimum SMA, D3/S1 is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of workinng experience at equivalent
  • Customer Centricity
  • Strong customer handling skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Energetic & Communicative
  • Passionate

Policy:

  • 6 working days a week
  • Willing to work under shift schedule
  • Placement as needed (Current need: CIKARANG, JAKARTA TIMUR, JAKARTA UTARA & TANGERANG)
