Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Padel Club Staff located in Kecamatan Jagakarsa. The Padel Club Staff will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the club, which includes assisting members and guests, maintaining facilities, organizing events, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additional tasks may include administrative duties, coordinating schedules, and promoting club activities and services to current and potential members.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills and experience in hospitality or sports club management
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
- Fluency in English and Indonesian
- Knowledge of padel or other racket sports is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
