JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor utility plant activities; maintains equipment and performs related duties to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of low- and high-pressure boilers, WTP, WWTP, Power Room and Genset.
- Oversee operation of plant domestic water systems in accordance with law and effects changes as directed by qualified Water Systems Operators; supervise routine industrial steam, water and condensate systems analysis and chemical treatment of industrial water systems.
- Coordinate activities and programs with those of other divisions in Engineering
- Daily reporting to maintenance manager related duties.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor all work being performed by contractors and physical plant employees within area of responsibility.
- Ensure proper documentation of operations activities or incident reports.
- Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, housekeeping responsibilities and QRMP operating procedures.
- Responsible for the implementation of ISO 22000 in the plant area.
- Flexibility to adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- 3 years or more experience in related field
- Understand and able to implement laws, and regulations governing the water/collection systems.
- Strong planning/organizational skills and communication skills
- Understanding of requirements and importance of documentation
- Can understand and create SOPs, OPLs
- Good computer literacy
