Business Process Improvement Specialist
We are seeking a
Business Process Improvement Specialist

Your Mission:
You will own the end-to-end process, from identifying inefficiencies to designing and implementing smarter, leaner solutions. This is an opportunity to lead small-scale, high-impact projects and play a critical role in larger, more complex initiatives. You'll work closely with key stakeholders, guiding them through the change process and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead with Impact:
You'll lead the charge on improvement projects, applying proven methodologies to streamline workflows and unlock new levels of productivity. - Innovate and Build:
You will design and implement a new
suggestion system
that empowers every employee to contribute to our success. - Solve Complex Challenges:
Apply robust problem-solving frameworks and tools—from
Level 1 to Level 5 maturity
—such as
5R, PDCA, Lean, and Six Sigma
to uncover root causes and build sustainable solutions. - Collaborate Strategically:
Your work will involve more than just processes; you will need to understand the big picture of our business to ensure every improvement aligns with our strategic goals.
Who We're Looking For:
You are a
natural project leader
, someone who has mandatory experience driving improvement projects from start to finish. A background in a
consultancy
or as a member of a
Quality Improvement Team (QIT)
is a definite plus. You're not just a person who follows a checklist; you're a curious mind who questions "why" and is committed to building systems that are both efficient and scalable.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of
2 years of experience in HR
, with a strong focus on HR operations, transformation, or shared services. - Demonstrated project management experience, ideally in a matrix or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR workflows and processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
