Location: Karawang
Employment Type: Contract (12 months before Permanent)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Non-shift)

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in manufacturing/production (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet production targets effectively.
Knowledge of process flow, layout planning, and capacity calculations.
Experience in preparing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Familiarity with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagram).
Proficient in conducting time studies and implementing method improvements.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Basic knowledge of PLCs or automation systems is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Evaluate and refine processes to minimize downtime and reduce defects.
Provide technical support to production teams in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
Collaborate with R&D, Technology, Quality, and Maintenance teams to implement new projects.
Prepare technical documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and analysis reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and relevant regulations.
