Client: A Japanese Automotive Manufacturing Company
Salary Range: IDR 6,000,000 – 7,000,000 (Take Home Pay)
Job Summary
Our client, a well-established Japanese automotive manufacturing company located in Karawang, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Staff / Senior Staff to join their production team.
This role will focus on managing assembly line operations, improving productivity, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement activities through Kaizen and 5S.
Key Responsibilities
- Control and check the assembly process to meet quality and productivity targets.
- Manage line balancing and takt time for optimal efficiency.
- Prepare and update production simulation capacity.
- Analyze and solve quality and productivity issues.
- Monitor and control 4M changes (Man, Method, Machine, Material).
- Support new model or new line setup.
- Attend customer meetings when required.
- Maintain and control jigs, tools, and consumables.
- Conduct Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in assembly or production, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Familiar with 5S and Kaizen system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Able to manage production line operations independently.
- Conversational level English communication.
