About the Role:
We're looking for a highly driven and experienced Head of Operations to lead and oversee the performance of all our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Set and monitor store revenue goals and KPI performance; analyze and report results regularly.
2. Manage daily operational SOPs and customer experience standards to ensure consistency across all stores.
3. Analyze key data such as traffic, average spending, and conversion rate to identify problems and optimize performance.
4. Train and support Store Managers to enhance execution and service quality.
5. Oversee staff performance and incentive systems, and help foster a positive team culture.
6. Provide regular reports on store performance and improvement plans.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in operations management within the offline entertainment or retail industry.
2. Experience managing 3 or more outlets is a strong advantage.
3. Strong execution, communication, and coordination skills.
4. Solid team leadership and the ability to train and motivate frontline staff.
5. Goal-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
6. Must be fluent in English
