Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teaching Assistant (Early Childhood) at Edukita's BSD location in Tangerang. The Teaching Assistant will support classroom teaching by working with children, guiding their learning activities, and fostering an engaging and nurturing classroom environment. The role involves preparing learning materials, assisting in lesson delivery, and providing individual support to students to enhance their educational development. Collaboration with teachers, communication with parents, and adherence to educational program goals are key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Skills in Assistant Teaching and Early Childhood Education to provide effective support in a classroom setting.
- Strong Communication skills, including collaboration with teachers and engaging with children in a warm and approachable manner.
- Proficiency in Mathematics to assist students with basic concepts and tasks as part of their learning journey.
- Experience Working With Children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related fields, and familiarity with learning strategies and child development best practices.
- Passion for education and a commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning experiences.
