Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a strong background working in an Influencer Marketing Agency to join MOCA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing partnerships with brands, and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential brands for influencer marketing collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies.
  • Understand client objectives, budget and concern, make proposal to client with suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate and close commercial contract with client.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure release of timely payments from the Clients
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Influencer Marketing Agency.
  • Strong network and connections with direct advertisers and brands.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
