Job Desk:
  • Handle and follow up on user access, verification requests, and application issues while ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Provide technical support during system go-live, new store openings, or company events.
  • Coordinate the application support team to ensure system readiness and effective user support.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation, manuals, and training materials.
  • Supervise system monitoring, daily reports, and issue escalation when needed.
Job Requirements:
  • Educational background in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Application Support, System Support, or IT Operations.
  • Skilled in system analysis, application troubleshooting, and cross-team coordination between IT and business units.
  • Proficient in ticketing tools, basic SQL, technical documentation, and SLA management.
  • Experience in retail, distribution, or fast-paced operational environments is highly preferred.
