Job Desk:
- Handle and follow up on user access, verification requests, and application issues while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Provide technical support during system go-live, new store openings, or company events.
- Coordinate the application support team to ensure system readiness and effective user support.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, manuals, and training materials.
- Supervise system monitoring, daily reports, and issue escalation when needed.
- Educational background in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Application Support, System Support, or IT Operations.
- Skilled in system analysis, application troubleshooting, and cross-team coordination between IT and business units.
- Proficient in ticketing tools, basic SQL, technical documentation, and SLA management.
- Experience in retail, distribution, or fast-paced operational environments is highly preferred.
