Responsibilities:

  • Manage industrial relations, including building good relationships between management and employee representatives, employee relations, government relations, and external organizations.

  • Implement labor administration in accordance with company regulations and government provisions.

  • Develop and implement strategic employer related programs, such as recruitment, organization development, talent management, and performance evaluation

  • Responsible for HR budgeting, including evaluating and implementing compensation and benefits structures.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.

  • Provide necessary support systems for payroll and other HR operational processes.

  • Oversee employee relations, including disputes, grievances, and terminations.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a relevant field.

  • Good knowledge of Indonesian labor law, compliance, and company establishment processes.

  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support the HR team.
