Responsibilities:
Manage industrial relations, including building good relationships between management and employee representatives, employee relations, government relations, and external organizations.
Implement labor administration in accordance with company regulations and government provisions.
Develop and implement strategic employer related programs, such as recruitment, organization development, talent management, and performance evaluation
Responsible for HR budgeting, including evaluating and implementing compensation and benefits structures.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
Provide necessary support systems for payroll and other HR operational processes.
Oversee employee relations, including disputes, grievances, and terminations.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a relevant field.
Good knowledge of Indonesian labor law, compliance, and company establishment processes.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support the HR team.
