About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation at PT Knitto Tekstil Indonesia, a leading textile manufacturing company based in Bandung, West Java. As our CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology infrastructure and aligning it with our overall business objectives. This is a full-time position based in our Bandung office.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap that supports the company's strategic goals
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of innovative technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Manage and lead a talented team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology-related challenges and opportunities
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and assess their potential impact on the business
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of the company's technology infrastructure
- Provide strategic input and recommendations to the executive leadership team on technology-related matters
What we're looking for
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing or textiles industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and transforming technology infrastructure and systems
- Excellent understanding of emerging technologies, IT governance, and project management best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred
