Role Description
This is an exciting full-time remote role for a Shared Service Centre Program Specialist based at one of our enterprise client locations in Jakarta. The Program Specialist will be part of our onshore and offshore shared service experts team, led by a Program Director, to help a client develop their shared services and drive business transformation, including digital and AI solutions. This is a great learning opportunity at the cutting edge of digital transformation with a minimum 24-month engagement with potential to be extended, subject to client requirements and an opportunity to become part of our global consulting team.
Responsibilities include Shared Service Centre Design, Deployment and oversight of daily operations, to ensure customer satisfaction, and provide project management, operational & technology support.
Qualifications
- Overall 10-15 years of experience in a Global Multi-National or Large Reputable Regional Organisation.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as head of functions, i.e. customer operations, finance, human resources, procurement, etc, in mid-career to senior level roles.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Experience in multi-year projects and program delivery, such as SAP deployment, and Digital transformation
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience in a global shared service centre is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Accounting or related field.
