● Publish job postings and screen resumes based on company hiring needs; arrange interviews.
● Coordinate with external recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Kalibrr).
● Handle hiring procedures including offer issuance, onboarding, contract signing, and probation follow-up.
● Stay informed of Indonesian labor laws to ensure legal and compliant employment practices.
2. Payroll & Attendance Management● Responsible for payroll processing and disbursement, including BPJS (Indonesia social security) and tax calculations (PPh21).
● Monitor implementation of attendance, leave, overtime, and annual leave policies.
● Manage payroll systems or coordinate with third-party payroll service providers.
3. Employee Relations & Administrative Support● Organize employee engagement activities, festive gifts, and birthday celebrations to support corporate culture building.
● Handle employee grievances, coordinate labor dispute resolutions, and manage offboarding processes.
4. Compliance & Documentation● Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts and onboarding records.
● Support the formulation and implementation of HR policies to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
5. Office Operations Management● Oversee office maintenance, procurement and management of office supplies (e.g., cleaning services, access control, fire safety).
● Coordinate utilities payment (water, electricity, internet), property management, and repair services.
● Manage courier and mail handling, as well as administrative reimbursements and payment follow-ups.
● Assist with onboarding logistics such as workstation allocation, access card issuance, and email account setup.
● Arrange business travel, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings.
● Work with the finance team to complete monthly administrative expense reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin is required.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles; prior experience in startups is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with HR systems is a plus.
