We are seeking a Senior Operator Printing Rotogravure who is experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality printing results to support our growing production demands.
In this role, you will operate and lead printing processes, ensure consistent print quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
What You'll Do :- Operate and monitor Rotogravure printing machines to ensure stable production and high-quality output
- Set up cylinders, inks, viscosity levels, tension, and register settings according to job specifications
- Conduct regular quality inspections and make necessary adjustments to maintain color accuracy and print consistency
- Troubleshoot machine issues, support junior operators/helpers, and coordinate with Production, QC, and Planning teams
- Maintain accurate production records while ensuring compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational standards
- Minimum high school/vocational school graduate (preferably with a technical or mechanical background)
- At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating Rotogravure printing machines
- Strong understanding of ink mixing, machine setup, print quality parameters, and color standards
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven production environment
- Willing to work shifts and be placed in the Cikarang/Bekasi area
