Responsibilities- Develop and execute brand strategies to grow brand presence, increase awareness, and drive revenue.
- Create and lead creative marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and customer engagement strategies (Examples: customer loyalty strategies, product launches, promo campaigns and events).
- Analyze customer acquisition journeys and develop strategies to increase traffic and conversion (offline & online).
- Manage multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring each brand has a distinct and strong market presence.
- Monitor and report on brand performance using analytics and market research.
- Oversee and work with Design Team to develop successful communication tools.
- Oversee customer loyalty programmers, website and social media.
- Proven experience in developing and managing successful brands, especially in brand marketing roles within the F&B or restaurant sector.
- Able to handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa.
- Team player with leadership qualities.
- Highly creative and able to translate ideas into results.
