Responsibilities
- Responsible for IE team building and managing
- Lead in efficiency improvement: According to the requirements of lean management, promote the improvement of benchmark lines, establish an IE talent system database, and provide IE professional knowledge training.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of mass production.
- According to the production plan, by identifying production waste, optimizing workstations and layouts, and reducing costs
- Proficient in developing ramp up plans, analyzing equipment OEE, and developing improvement plans, and implementing them
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience leading a team
- Team should consist of at least 10 members
- Preferable if have experience building a team from the ground up
- Must be able to lead team towards specific goal
- Must be able to manage the project etc. independently
- Must be able to coordinate cross functional collaboration (internal/external), have good communicative skills
- Must be able to identify risks/ look for solution to problems independently
- Be cost, quality, delivery, safety oriented in daily work items
- Preferable if candidate is IE background (S1/S2), but if not, the candidate work experience should be mostly related to:
- Continuous improvement
- Efficiency Optimization
- Cost reduction
- Should have plant/company operational experience
- Must be able to work independently while leading a team
- Preferably passionate about his/her work, Adaptable
- Preferably from Automotive/ Manufacturing sector (Service industry not suitable)
