About the Role

The Corporate Secretary acts as the bridge between the company’s leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

It ensures business rhythm , corporate communication , and executive operations run smoothly; helping the CEO and leadership stay focused on strategic decisions and company growth.

You will coordinate company-wide alignment, facilitate internal communication, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure clear, timely follow-ups across divisions.

Key Responsibilities Executive & Business Operations Support
  • Support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team in managing cross-divisional operations and follow-ups on key business priorities.
  • Facilitate and document company-wide alignment forums and meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Track initiatives, operational signals, and KPI/OKR progress; highlight blockers or risks.
  • Prepare reports, executive summaries, and dashboards for CEO and management review.
  • Manage company-wide events such as townhalls , annual reviews , and strategic planning sessions .
Corporate Communication & Stakeholder Liaison
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication and follow-up.
  • Manage internal announcements, press releases, or company updates in coordination with the CMO .
  • Handle inquiries from media, government, or partners, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives (e.g., award submissions, speaker engagements, and public appearances).
  • Ensure all official communication channels are managed and responded to accordingly.
Corporate Affairs & Administrative Coordination
  • Coordinate operational and logistical needs for leadership activities, such as travel preparation, guest visits, or board meetings.
  • Manage and oversee company documentation and scheduling for corporate alignment routines.
  • Coordinate annual report compilation and publication with relevant teams.
  • Support ad hoc requests or special projects from the CEO.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Confident and professional in managing internal and external interactions. Have a strong business acumen.
  • Adept in digital collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or similar).
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing dynamic priorities.
  • Previous work experience in Corporate Affairs or Executive Assistant is a plus.
