Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, and data synchronization
- Log incidents and track resolutions using ITSM/ticketing tools
- Support daily health checks for servers, applications, and networks
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and release rollouts
- Contribute to documentation: SOPs, configuration records, user guides
- Collaborate with senior engineers on issue resolution and automation
- Provide end-user support for laptops, printers, and office applications

Qualifications & Skills:
- Final year students or fresh graduates from Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Curious about how systems work behind the scenes
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and databases
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn from real scenarios
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment

Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with SQL queries and procedures
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Basic understanding of APIs and data integration
