What you'll be doing :

· Overseeing the full employee life cycle including recruitment, on boarding, performance management, training and development, and off boarding in FnB industry.

· Administering payroll, employee benefits, and leave entitlements.

· Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant legislation.

· Serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters.

· Contributing to the development of the company's HR strategy and implementation.

· Maintaining employee records and HR-related documentation.

· Assisting with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.

What we're looking for :

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the consulting or professional FnB industry.

· Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law and HR best practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

· Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office suite.

· Proactive, organised and able to prioritise effectively.

· Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
