Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive B2B and B2G sales in the agriculture sector, focusing on building long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in B2B and B2G sales, with exposure to the agriculture industry being a strong advantage.
  • Sales-driven: A passion for sales, with a strong desire for achieving targets and earning commission-based rewards.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
  • Transportation: Possession of personal transportation is a plus.
  • Contract Terms: Willingness to start on a partnership contract for the first 3 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position based on performance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Work Environment: Flexibility to work in a hybrid model (both remotely and in-office).
