Requirements:

  • Devise and lead Sales Capability & Sales Force Effectiveness strategy
  • Deliver engaging training & development for our salesforce
  • Collaborate across departments to improve competency through internal curriculum
  • Act as a change agent to enhance internal engagement and corporate branding
  • Conduct market research and implement best practices for performance improvement
  • Measure and report project and sales effectiveness to management

Qualification:

  • Bachelor in Pharmacy, Biotechnology or any related major
  • Minimum 2 year of working experience as Product Manager, Sales Task Force Training Manager, preferably from pharmaceutical, medical-device, and/or biotech company
  • Strong communication skill to all level of audience, from salesperson to Director
  • Passionate in knowledge-sharing and able to develop training materials and familiar
    with Learning Management System [LMS]
  • A Team-Player person with good interpersonal skills across all level
  • Familiar with hospital and doctor visitation to mentor and coach sales forces
  • Confident in Public Speaking or Presentation.
