Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain end-to-end solution architecture across Web, Mobile, and Integration layers.
- Create high-level and low-level architecture diagrams, defining data flow between Magento SAP OMS Loyalty systems.
- Review all technical implementations for scalability, reusability, and compliance.
- Recommend performance optimizations, caching strategies, and headless commerce practices.
- Ensure the architecture supports future scalability (5M monthly visits, 300+ stores).
- Define security framework (HTTPS, encryption, tokenization, secure SDK usage).
- Provide technical governance and mentor developers across squads.
- Participate in all milestone reviews and sign-off checkpoints (BRD, UAT, Go-Live).
Deliverables:
Solution Design Document (SDD), Integration Blueprints, Security Standards, Architecture Sign-off Report.
