Lead All Collection Center
- Lead all Collection Center Lead in Segari.
- Do initiatives to improve productivity, quality, timeliness and cost.
- Evaluate and report the performance metrics of each Collection Center.
Manage Collection Center Ops in Lembang
- Inbound: Oversee the inbound process such as unloading and staging of the raw materials.
- Process: Control the process from sorting, trimming, drying, packaging and labelling.
- Outbound: Oversee the outbound process such as validating, loading and shipping.
Maintain a good relationship with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Min. bachelor's degree from reputable universities.
- Minimum have 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations.
- Basic knowledge of the Agriculture process will be a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Ms. Excel.
- Integrity, high initiatives and motivation for field working.
- Having a driving licence A / C will be a plus.
