Job Description
As a Bioanalyst – Research Focus, you will be responsible for supporting biological research and analysis related to product development and scientific studies. This role involves conducting experiments, preparing biological samples, and ensuring all laboratory activities comply with scientific and ethical standards. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to generate reliable and accurate research data.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct macroscopic and microscopic observations of biological specimens.
- Perform biological sample preparation, including solution preparation and specimen handling.
- Operate and maintain basic laboratory instruments (microscope, analytical balance, centrifuge, spectrophotometer, etc.).
- Accurately record, organize, and document research data following established SOPs.
- Assist in studies involving laboratory animals (rats/mice) in accordance with animal research ethics.
- Collaborate with teams from QC, R&D, Toxicology, and Pharmacology in joint research activities.
- Ensure laboratory cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Good understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry of laboratory animals (rats/mice).
- Experience in handling laboratory animals is an advantage.
- Familiar with biological sample preparation, solution formulation, and use of basic lab instruments.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work systematically following SOPs.
- Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, and strong commitment to ethical research practices.
- Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or research experience in molecular biology, pharmaceuticals, or toxicology.
- Basic data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, GraphPad, or SPSS).
- Passionate about research, laboratory work, and scientific innovation.
