Now, we're opening for Sales Administration position:
Requirement- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economic, or an equivalent degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Experience in Sales Administration, Finance Area or in a related field, with fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in data processing skills, specifically Microsoft Excel (PIVOT) and Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and critical thinking abilities.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team or with other departments to resolve financial queries and support business operations, working autonomously.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Conduct daily reconciliation of invoices and delivery orders especially in Sales administration.
- Maintain precise financial records, ensuring the accurate recording of all transactions within financial systems.
- Plan, coordinate, and control the sales daily routines, account balances, receivables and payables.
- Plan and develop policies and system management in Sales administration.
- Liaise with customers for initial support.
