Assistant Ops Manager (Mandarin Speaker)
PT Valdo is seeking a highly driven and organized Operations Manager to manage daily operational activities for a key customer in the Telecommunication (Telco) sector. This role requires strong operational leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between internal teams and the client to ensure service excellence and business alignment.
Fluency in Mandarin is essential, as daily communication with the customer will primarily be conducted in Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operational communication with the client in the Telco industry.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational readiness and alignment with client requirements and forecasts.
- Support management in monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with warehousing and transportation teams to enhance vendor performance and service quality.
- Maintain consistent updates and communication regarding operational progress, volume trends, and improvement initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics & Freight Forwarding Commercial operations.
- Good understanding of vertical market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in a related logistics or operational field.
- Experience in Road Transportation or Warehousing; background in Telco operations is a strong advantage.
