Job Purpose

If you are eager to drive Unilever Supply Chain Finance performance to the next level, this role is for you! You will partner with factory teams to meet financial KPI targets, drive cost control, and support continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Partnering with factory team to drive Financial KPI target achievement (CPT/Cost per Ton) & financial control compliance.
• Leading financial processes for factory-related activities, including:
  • Monthly rolling COGP forecast
  • Savings tracking and governance
  • Month‑end closing, including cost variance analysis
  • Annual business planning
• Leading factory‑related business cases – working with multifunctional teams.
• Leading performance management and process improvement related to production cost central charges.
• Playing a key role in highlighting risk and opportunities in factory savings.
• Ensuring supply chain control is in place as per Unilever design in the factory area.

Candidate Criteria

• Finance/Accounting education background.
• Fresh graduate or professional with 1‑2 years of experience in finance.

Skills

• Enjoys solving issues and possesses an inquisitive mind, constantly looking for better ways of working.
• Works well under pressure, organized, meticulous, motivated, and a good team player.
• Able to handle different tasks/projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of Unilever P&L.
