Job Description:
- Coordinate with relevant departments (such as Planning, Merchandising, Purchasing, and Production) to ensure material availability as per production plan for each sales order.
- Monitor material flow and ensure uninterrupted production continuity and on-time delivery.
- Prepare and update production schedules and material requirement plans based on actual order status.
- Track order progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks, proposing corrective actions.
- Ensure production output aligns with customer requirements, shipment schedule, and company targets.
- Maintain accurate data in the production control system and generate required reports for management.
- Support coordination between planning, warehouse, and production teams to optimize resource utilization.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce production downtime.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Engineering, Science, or Technology.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PPIC, Planning, or Operations (garment manufacturing experience is an advantage).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical thinking, time management, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP or production control systems.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
